Payroll tax return forms 941, RT-6, and 940 must be mailed no later than 2/2/15. Forms W-3/W-2's and 1096/1099's must be mailed no later than 3/2/15.

W-2's and 1099's must be distributed to employees and/or subcontractors by 2/2/15.
